Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about working with us.
Getting Started
We implement AI into your business operations. That means we connect your tools, build custom context so AI knows your business, configure scheduled automations, and deploy cloud agents that run 24/7. We work across platforms — cloud, desktop, and local deployment — and recommend the right fit for your situation. We handle the technical setup so you can focus on running your business.
None. We handle all the technical work. You just need to tell us about your business, your workflows, and what's eating up your time. We do the rest.
It depends on the tier. A Quickstart setup is done in 1-2 sessions. Full Implementation takes 1-2 weeks. Enterprise and Managed Agents builds take 2-4 weeks. Most clients see AI doing real work in their business after the very first session.
Yes. We work remotely with businesses across the country. Local businesses in the Springfield/Nixa area also have the option of on-site implementation.
Platforms and Technology
Cowork is a desktop agent that runs on your computer. It reads and creates files, connects to your business tools, and runs scheduled tasks while your laptop is open. Managed Agents run in the cloud on Anthropic's infrastructure 24/7, no laptop needed. Most businesses benefit from both: Cowork for daily personal workflows and Managed Agents for always-on automation.
Yes. Cowork requires a Claude Pro ($20/month), Max ($100-200/month), Team, or Enterprise plan. We help you choose the right plan during discovery. Managed Agents use the Anthropic API, which is billed separately on a usage basis.
Cowork supports 38+ connectors including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, and many more. For tools without direct connectors, we set up workarounds through Claude in Chrome or Computer Use. Managed Agents connect to any service with an API through MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
With desktop AI, your conversation history stays on your computer. With cloud agents, sessions run on enterprise infrastructure with strict access controls. With local deployment, nothing leaves your network at all. We never have ongoing access to your data after implementation is complete.
Local & Private AI
No. We specialize in Anthropic’s Claude ecosystem because we believe it’s the most capable platform for business, but we’re platform-agnostic. We deploy local open-source models, integrate with existing OpenAI or Microsoft setups, and recommend the right tool for each situation. Many clients use a mix — cloud AI for general workflows and local models for sensitive data.
We work across the open-source ecosystem: DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Phi, and others. Model selection depends on your hardware, use case, and performance requirements. A 7B parameter model runs on a decent workstation. Larger models need dedicated GPU hardware. We help you figure out what fits.
It depends on what you’re trying to do. A capable workstation with a modern GPU can run smaller models for document drafting and Q&A. More demanding use cases — like processing large document sets or running multiple users simultaneously — need dedicated server hardware. We assess your needs and spec the right setup, whether that’s leveraging what you already have or recommending new hardware.
Cloud models like Claude are more capable for general-purpose tasks — they’re larger, more refined, and constantly improving. Local models excel when data privacy is non-negotiable, when you need offline access, or when you want zero dependence on external services. Many clients use both: cloud AI for everyday business workflows and local models for privileged or sensitive work.
For Law Firms
It depends on how it’s deployed. Recent case law, including a 2026 SDNY ruling, has highlighted that using consumer AI tools with permissive privacy policies can put attorney-client privilege at risk, particularly when use is not directed by counsel. Enterprise-grade deployments with proper data governance, attorney-directed workflows, and contractual confidentiality protections are on stronger footing. Locally hosted AI, where no data leaves the firm’s infrastructure, offers the strongest posture. We help law firms evaluate their options and implement AI in a way that aligns with their confidentiality obligations.
Plenty. Client intake and lead qualification, marketing and content creation, billing and invoice processing, administrative scheduling, research on general legal topics, internal knowledge management, and firm operations. The key is keeping privileged case-specific information out of consumer AI tools while leveraging AI everywhere else.
Pricing and Process
Every engagement is custom-scoped based on your business. We offer tiers ranging from a focused Quickstart setup to full Enterprise implementation and cloud agent builds. Use our pricing calculator for a ballpark estimate, or book a free discovery call where we'll scope your specific needs.
Initial implementation engagements are project-based with a clear scope and timeline. Monthly optimization packages are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel anytime.
That's exactly what the Quickstart tier is for. Get a solid AI foundation in 1-2 sessions. You can always expand later as you see results. Most clients who start with Quickstart end up upgrading within 60 days because they see the value immediately.
We offer a free discovery call so we can both determine if there's a good fit before any money changes hands. If during implementation something isn't working, we adjust. Our 30 to 60 day follow-up periods exist specifically to refine and optimize until you're getting real value.
